How to convert XBM to JPG in Python

In the right context, XBM is undoubtedly an excellent format. Unfortunately, we have all had situations where this format was not compatible with some piece of software or the file was simply too big to be convenient. A quick swap to JPG format would solve this, but is quite complicated to set up. The method I’m going to show you today will use an API that will not only allow you to convert between XBM and JPG, but also between over 100 other different formats.

Pip installation of the client we need comes first.

pip install cloudmersive-convert-api-client

Now it is time for our API function to be called.

So now if you specify your desired image formats and enter your image file path, you are all set to go. A useful feature to note is that possibility of setting the starting format to UNKNOWN, which activates the function’s ability to take in any of the listed image formats and convert them to a single desired format.
