How to convert WEBP to JPG in C# .NET Framework

WebP format can cause some big problems with compatibility, or just be a little unwieldy. So how can we cut past this? A quick conversion to a more useful format such as JPG. Here is a super quick tutorial on how to accomplish this conversion with an API.
