Convert SVG to PNG in Node.JS

SVG format provides a lot of flexibility with its pixel-perfect vector nature, but it can cause some compatibility headaches when trying to use them in many situations. Today, I am going to show you how to easily tackle this problem by converting our vector graphics into PNG, thus sidestepping the entire problem. This conversion process will be an absolute snap when we use a Cloudmersive API.

Let us begin with installation of the client that we are going to use, like so.

npm install cloudmersive-convert-api-client --save

Now we shall continue with a simple function call for our image conversion function. This will take in our file, the starting format, and the desired format (SVG and PNG, respectively).
